Following a detailed health and diet assessment clients receive a personalised nutrition plan, based on extensive evidence in nutritional science. This includes realistic and enjoyable dietary suggestions and supplementation recommendations.
I support positive changes to help achieve optimal health. I offer support with menu plans, sharing recipes and even helping to create a shopping list. Additional information may be obtained through functional testing, where indicated.
By adopting an holistic approach I am interested in how you experience your health, how you feel and function. Health optimisation can be beneficial to everyone, including those with chronic health conditions.
