MEnvS DipNT mBANT CNHCreg

I qualified with Distinction from the College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Nutritional Therapist. I hold a Masters of Environmental Studies from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). By choosing registered CNHC therapists you can be confident that they are properly trained, qualified and insured.

I have over two decades of experience working closely with natural products and dietary supplements, delivering sales and training for some of the leading natural product manufacturers. I readily saw the benefits that natural supplements deliver ‘over-the-counter’ but also saw the potential limitations that can stem from when people do not receive the in-depth support they need to regain wellbeing.

I live in Scotland on the stunning Fife coast with my husband and daughter. I am passionate about health and the natural world. My environmental studies background introduced me to concepts of how philosophies and belief systems influence our relationship with the natural world.  Volunteering in indigenous communities in the Andes and Rainforest, I observed how intricately, beliefs, health and the natural world are connected.  This inspired me to further my studies.
